Improve your physical fitness, mental alertness and emotional health with Aquacise.

Total body workouts that include easy to follow exercises to  improve fitness components (cardiorespiratory endurance, flexibility, muscular strength), as well as balance, coordination, and energy. Activities use the water's natural buoyancy and resistance. Exercises are conducted in shallow and/or deep water and are suitable for most ability levels. Exercises can be modified for individual needs.  Participants work at their own pace. Participants with orthopedic concerns, arthritis, asthma, and other conditions can achieve benefits from water exercise.  Participants must provide and wear appropriate deck and water shoes.  (minimum age of 18 for this adult exercise program.)
