Athlete Off-Season Water Conditioning
Keep the body conditioned during the off-season through high intensity water exercises!
Activities focus on power and explosive movements.  Exercising in water is a challenging environment for athletes, whether in a team sport or individual sport, as well as for cheerleaders, danceline, etc.

**This class is for high school athletes
 (9th-12th grade for 2012-2013 school year)**
