Water Aerobics is a quality exercise conditioning program designed to develop flexibility, strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, balance, and coordination. A variety of water exercises conducted in shallow to chest-deep water are included in the class structure. Non-swimmers can participate. The course offers a full body workout, provides support for the body, and greatly reduces the risk of impact and injury as well as helps those with arthritis, high blood pressure, etc. Exercise modifications are integrated as needed.
